What this work does.
Somatic integration is the practice of letting the body finish what it started. We work with breath, movement, and attention to give the nervous system the completion it didn't get the first time.
You will feel it in your shoulders before your mind catches up. That's the point. The body learns it's safe by being safe, not by being told.
