Twenty years of nursing taught me one thing.

The nervous system is the door. Everything else opens behind it.

I spent two decades at the bedside watching patients move through diagnoses, treatments, recovery protocols, relapses. The pattern was clear by year five. The body that felt safe healed differently than the body that didn't. The mind that trusted its own signals integrated differently than the mind that overrode them.

Holistic nursing gave me the framework to work upstream of the diagnosis. Board certification gave me the credential to practice it on my own terms.

The work I do now sits at one intersection.

Clinical science on one side. Ceremony on the other. Both required. Neither sufficient alone.

Sessions begin where most therapies end — past the story, into the system that's actually running the show. Subconscious reprogramming for the mind. Somatic integration for the body. Sol Connection for the soul. Each pathway opens the next when the timing is right.

Where I work.

Sessions happen in the Bay Area and online. Immersions happen at Aurora Resonance in Castro Valley, co-held with KiaraSol Martinez. Group Sol Connection happens in the Vortex container. Private work happens one-to-one.
